Introduction
Welcome to Toybrids! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
Definitions
“Toybrids,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to Toybrids, a provider of rent-to-own vehicle services. “You,” “user,” “customer”: Refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our services. “Services”: Includes rent-to-own vehicle plans and vehicle servicing provided by Toybrids.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. Using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration
To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Rent-to-Own Solutions
Terms and Conditions
Flexible rent-to-own plans are available for a period of 2, 3 or 4 years. A non-refundable initial deposit of minimum $2,000 is required. The weekly cost includes both fixed and variable components and is fully tax-deductible for GST purposes. Vehicles are subject to availability, and delivery times range from 6 to 8 weeks. A discounted hire vehicle may be provided until your vehicle arrives. Servicing is not included by default. See the Servicing section below.
The full standard conditions of a rent-to-own plan, including payments, servicing, GPS tracking and ending a plan early, are set out in our Rent-to-Own Terms & Conditions. Your signed Vehicle Subscription Agreement always takes precedence.
Ownership Transfer
No credit checks are required. After all payments and fees have been settled, vehicle ownership will be transferred to you at the end of the term.
Servicing
Servicing is not included in the rent-to-own package. Servicing needs vary with the vehicle and with how far you drive over the course of your contract, so it sits outside the standard weekly payment. If you would like servicing covered, ask us to build it into your contract before you sign.
Otherwise, you have two options:
- Option 1. Have the logbook service carried out at the dealership your vehicle came from.
- Option 2. Use the Toybrids service centre for discounted pricing. A complete logbook service is carried out.
Fees and Payment Terms
All fees, including weekly payments, servicing, and additional charges, must be paid according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
Liability and Indemnity
Toybrids is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our services except as required by law. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Toybrids from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
Termination
Toybrids reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed following the laws of the jurisdiction in which Toybrids operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
